3. How to Return an Item

  4. Send the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
